3. Billing Disputes and Refunds

• Resolving Disputes: Contact us via email or phone before disputing a charge with your credit card company.
• Refunds: Refunds are only provided for unused Credits except in exceptional circumstances like Service Interruptions, billing errors etc. We do not offer cash refunds, all refunds are processed via our billing agent. Refunds can only be requested within 14 days of purchase.
